The Mara River During the Dry Season

Keeping with the dry-season theme: The Mara River becomes an ever-more important water source while the many small tributaries, mud-holes and swamps scattered throughout the Mara slowly dry up as the dry season progresses. Note the unconcerned crocodile on the bank- too small to be a threat, so the two species completely ignore each other.
