Kenyan Frog- Laikipia Plateau

I don't know the common name or genus-species, but If I were to name it afresh I'd call it the African Gold-Eye Frog. Anybody care to ID it for me? Photographed in a small permanent spring on the Laikipia Plateau, north of Mt. Kenya.
