Wildebeest Crossing the Mara River
A hasty exit from the Mara river- all wet and glossy. I've never seen a
count of just how often an individual wildebeest crosses the Mara
river in an annual migratory cycle, but I'd guess it's between 10 and 20
times, depending on rainfall patterns from year to year. The grass
often IS greener on the other side.
