Amboseli elephant often take two baths a day- one of mud in the swamp (see the high-water mark?) as well as a dust bath out on the plains.

Red Lionfish- Mombasa Kenya

A highly venomous Red Lionfish. Don't touch the fins- the needle-tipped spines are toxic. The fish is, as a result, quietly confident, allowing observers to approach quite close.

Army Ants- Nairobi Kenya

Soldier Army Ants protecting the workers along a trail. They are most active above ground just before and during rainy periods- moving in thick columns along efficiently cleared tracks. See THIS for more info.
